Driven to be a Great Photographer

Driven to be a Great Photographer

Now and then I run into a series of quotations that hits home. I read a lot, every day, but it’s always emails, procedural things and often what I really need, is to sit down and read a novel – just for the fun of it.

However, there’s nothing wrong with hitting Google and searching for something motivational, which is what’s happened a few times when I couldn’t think of what to write about. This morning, in my quest to find something different, I found some fantastic quotes that got me thinking about the incredible drive I see from so many of you.

I found two quotes that pretty much say it all. One is from Tommy Lasorda, and the other is from Gandhi. Talk about two extremes! But there was a common denominator in that they were both focused!

“The difference between the impossible and the possible lies in a person’s determination.”

Tommy Lasorda

“Every worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning, a struggle and a victory.”

Mahatma Gandhi

And then, just when I figured those two were enough, I found one more, from Hannibal! I know there’s at least one person who’s thinking Anthony Hopkins as Hannibal Lecter…NOT! This is the original, the conqueror! So the next time you think you’re up against the wall and there’s no way to find new customers, build your business more or get to the conventions you want most to attend…

“We will either find a way or make one.”
