This is (probably) the first edition of the Rotring (Germany) Tikky mechanical pencil.
I've used it for many years, but it's getting old, so the condition isn't great. The eraser hasn't been used, but it has deteriorated. The lead advance mechanism's lead stopper is loose inside the tip (see photo). It's barely usable.
Even so, it has a slim design, and the wave-pattern grip, though lacking rubber, is surprisingly easy to hold, making it a fun mechanical pencil to use.
I think it's a rare item.
