Ann O’Neill Deal is a Master Photographer, Photographic Craftsman, Certified Professional Photographer, and Master of Animal Imagery (Animal Image Makers). A seven-time medalist in PPA’s International Photographic Competitions and a 2022 Grand Imaging Award Finalist, she is also an Imaging Excellence Award recipient.
Ann has been a professional dog photographer since 2010 and is the owner of Green Paws Photography, a studio devoted exclusively to fine art dog portraits, with a focus on sustainable and cruelty-free products.
With over 30 years of experience in animal behavior, including an academic background in Anthropology with a specialization in Primatology (BA and MA), Ann combines technical excellence with an intuitive understanding of her subjects. Her work is dedicated to honoring each dog’s love, loyalty, and legacy through timeless, soulful portraits.
